Hi, I'm Gayatri!

I have a Software Engineering degree. After graduating I applied for graduate roles, junior roles, and grad schemes — and got nowhere. So I backed myself and enrolled in a coding bootcamp.

Six weeks after graduating from that bootcamp I had sent out dozens of applications and received zero interviews.

Not rejections. Silence.

I changed my approach completely. I stopped applying and started connecting. I reached out directly to people at ITV before I even had an interview — and those conversations changed how I showed up when I finally walked in the door.
